What platforms does Rackon support?
Rackon is available on iOS (via the Apple App Store), Android (via Google Play), and Huawei devices (via AppGallery). It's a mobile-first application with no desktop or browser version currently available.
Which iOS versions are supported?
Rackon supports iOS 12 and later. If your iPhone or iPad is running iOS 12 or above, it's compatible.
Which Android versions are supported?
Android 6.0 and later are supported. Most Android devices currently in active use will be compatible.
Does Rackon work on iPad?
Yes. Rackon is supported on iPad running iOS 12 or later.
Can I use Rackon on Windows or Mac?
Not yet. Rackon is currently mobile-only. Desktop apps for Windows and Mac are planned for the future, but no release date has been confirmed.
Is Rackon available in my country?
Rackon is available worldwide through the App Store, Google Play, and AppGallery. The exceptions are countries where such services are blocked at the network or government level — including China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba. If you're outside those regions, Rackon should be accessible.
Can I use Rackon while traveling internationally?
Yes. Rackon works wherever you have an internet connection. When traveling, you can use a local SIM card or your home carrier's international roaming to stay connected. There are no geographic restrictions on the app's functionality beyond the countries listed above.
Messaging Features
Can I edit a message?
Message editing isn't available in the current version. If you need to correct something, delete the original message and send a new one.
Can I schedule messages?
No. Messages send immediately when you tap the send button. Scheduled messaging isn't a feature at this time.
Can I set disappearing messages?
Disappearing messages aren't currently supported. Messages remain in the conversation until you manually delete them.
Can I see old messages in a chat?
Yes. Your full message history within a conversation is accessible by scrolling up. All messages remain visible on your device until you delete them.
Is there a message limit for storage?
There's no message limit imposed by the app. How many messages you can store depends on your device's available storage capacity.
Can I sort messages by date?
Messages are automatically sorted chronologically, with the newest messages at the bottom. There's no manual sorting option; conversations are organized by time, which is the default behavior across most messaging apps.
Can I mark messages as important?
This isn't a built-in feature in the current version.
Can I translate messages?
Rackon doesn't have a built-in translation feature. If you need to translate a message, you can copy the text and use your device's built-in translation tool or a third-party app.
Can I report spam?
Yes. Contact Rackon support at support@rackon.co and include the spam messages in your report. The team will review and take appropriate action.
