Introduction

At Rackon, user safety is a core priority. We are committed to maintaining a secure, respectful, and trustworthy environment for all users.

Rackon enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, child endangerment, or any activity that threatens the safety and wellbeing of minors.

This policy outlines the standards, safeguards, and enforcement measures we implement to prevent, detect, report, and address CSAE-related activity on our platform. Rackon complies with applicable child protection laws, industry standards, and Google Play's Child Safety requirements.

1. Age Requirements and Eligibility

To help maintain a safe environment, Rackon establishes the following age requirements:

  • Individuals under the age of 13 are prohibited from creating or using a Rackon account.
  • Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should use Rackon only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
  • Rackon may implement reasonable measures to verify age, parental consent, or eligibility when legally required.
  • Accounts that violate these age requirements may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Rackon strictly prohibits any activity involving the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors.

Users may not:

  • Create, upload, share, store, transmit, distribute, or promote content that depicts, exploits, abuses, or sexualizes minors.
  • Request, solicit, encourage, or facilitate sexual content involving minors.
  • Engage in grooming behavior or attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
  • Share links, files, websites, or materials associated with CSAE or CSAM.
  • Use Rackon to recruit, exploit, manipulate, threaten, or harm minors.
  • Impersonate minors for deceptive, exploitative, or harmful purposes.
  • Organize, promote, or facilitate activities that place minors at risk of exploitation or abuse.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations.
